About Dhimit

Dhimit (धीमित — from धी, the Sanskrit word for intellect) is the AI education revolution, first time in India: a school's own AI guru that works entirely offline.

Everything lives inside the Dhimit Box — one small machine installed in the school itself. It reads real school textbooks for classes 5–10, answers with page numbers, and speaks in the language a child dreams in: multilingual, made for regional languages — हिन्दी, ગુજરાતી and English today, with more to come.

No internet. No subscriptions per child. No data leaving the school. One box, one village, every question a child is brave enough to ask.

Why we build it

India's brightest minds are born everywhere; its best teachers and fastest internet are not. Dhimit closes that distance — not by replacing the teacher, but by sharpening the chalk: auto-generated tests, printable answer keys, and a tireless tutor available at midnight before the exam.
