The short version

The Dhimit Box is offline by design. Questions children ask, and the answers Dhimit gives, are processed on the box inside the school. They are not sent to the internet, not used to train external models, and not sold — ever.

This website

dhimit.com is a static informational site. We do not run advertising or third-party trackers. Your language and theme preferences are stored only in your own browser (localStorage) and never transmitted to us. Standard web-server logs (IP address, pages visited) may be kept briefly by our hosting provider for security and reliability.

The Dhimit Box in schools

Student interactions stay on the school's box. Teachers and school administrators can view class-level summaries (for example, which chapter a class finds difficult). Any data sharing beyond the school — such as aggregated, anonymised reports for an education department — happens only under a written agreement with the school and never includes a child's identity.

Children's data

Dhimit is built for classrooms. We collect no personal data from children through this website, and the box is operated under the school's supervision and applicable law.
